Managed to make something

I made a few covered switch plates last year which were recently featured on Apartment Therapy (such a fun surprise randomly seeing my photos while browsing the site). This inspired me to make a few more using the spray adhesive technique they mention in the post. Makes it even easier.

back east

Last month we went back to the Boston area for the first time since we left over 6 years ago. Boston, Cape Cod, and then western Mass for a friend's wedding.

The trip has caused a bit of a problem since it was so great we now think we may want to move back. And that's just a problem for so many reasons. We're hoping the allure will wear off as winter hits the east coast.



The new ICA on the new Boston waterfront. I used to work here in college when it was housed in a tiny building downtown. I had heard about the mural you see when you first walk in, which Greg was a fan of.







All from a few days in Cape Cod, where we also went whale watching.
